This certification is designed for relationship managers and their support staff who handle various functions in the financial market. The course is built to discuss, analyze, and understand the characteristics needed to sell various products and how to successfully manage other services for Wealth Management clients. As the wealth management business continues to grow, its professionals must demonstrate increased skills across a wide variety of disciplines. After completing the course, financial-institution professionals will better understand both the financial markets and the products and services they offer.

Online CWMA Certification
The online course is an interactive option designed for participants interested in completing the certification at their own pace. Through open forums and discussions, participants can actively engage with the instructor and classmates to discuss the assigned materials. Participants have 90 days to complete the reading materials, narrated PowerPoint modules, practice quizzes, and the final certification exam.

The final certification exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions to be completed within 1 hour and 45 minutes. Participants must pass with a score of 75% or higher to earn the FIBA CWMA certification.
Instructor
Isabelle Wheeler, CFA, AMLCA, has more than 30 years of experience working for and with financial institutions to help them manage their clients, products and services, and the risks associated with both. Her career began in wealth management at some of the most well-known financial institutions, including Citibank, Chase Manhattan Bank, Banco Santander, and BNP Paribas. She progressed from relationship manager—covering clients from virtually every region of South and Central America—to investment advisor, Director of Products and Services, and Director of Marketing and Sales. In 2014, she began consulting with those same financial institutions to help them manage risks in the areas of BSA/AML and OFAC, fiduciary risks, and to provide training to industry professionals. She recently joined Foodman CPAs and Advisors, a full-service accounting firm specializing in forensic accounting, financial-services industry compliance, and tax consulting, as Director of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance. She is a Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA) instructor for both Wealth Management and BSA/AML and OFAC Compliance.
Isabelle received a BA with Distinction from the University of Virginia, with a major concentration in Latin American Studies. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and FIBA's AMLCA Certification. She has been an active FIBA Board Member for many years and is the current Chair of the Membership Committee; previously, she served as President and Board Member of CFA Miami. Recognized by the industry for her leadership, she is a regular panelist at industry conferences and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
