Trust stak (Stichting Administratiekantoor), etc.;
Articles of Association: Operation, content etc.;
Transfer of Shares etc.;
Bodies within the NV and BV, responsibilities and functioning thereof (board of directors, supervisory board, works council etc.).
Subjects covered in session B
Profit determining factors: revenue growth, gross margin and the impact of FX, operational leverage, balance sheet interpretation;
Cashflow analysis: operational cashflow, investment cashflow, financing cashflow;
Financial analysis: fixed assets and intangible assets, financial assets, working capital, equity and interest-bearing liabilities;
The link between P&L, balance sheet and the Statement of Cashflow.
Trainer
The trainer is Mr. Frans van Laar. In addition to being a trainer for 3Masters Opleidingen (among others), he is active as an international trainer/consultant/advisor in the sector and has many years of work experience in the international banking industry.

The module Financial Statement Analysis is part of the Basic Training for Financial Services Experts program.
The Basic Training for Financial Services Experts has been developed specifically for people working in the financial services sector like entry-level staff members of Trust firms, Trust account managers, internal and external supervisors, compliance officers, legal officers, tax officers, accountants, etc. operating in the jurisdiction of Curaçao. The curriculum consists of several, 3 to 4 hour, modules. It covers relevant areas such as compliance, tax and legal, governance and accounting.
In the program's current format each module stands on its own and therefore it's possible to register for individual modules instead of taking the complete program.
Upon completion of each session, participants will receive a certificate of participation.
